Mayan 8-Day / 7-Night Resort Stay Voucher
  • Not redeemable for cash. Cannot be combined with any other offers from Resort Stays Marketing.
  • One member of party MUST be 25 years old to travel using Voucher, present a valid ID AND a major credit card at check-in.
  • Offer is valid for individual usage ONLY; group or convention travel is not permitted. Not valid for student vacations.
  • Travel must be complete by expiration date.  Please check with deal site for expiration details.
  • Occupancy / age limits vary by resort. Resort accommodations vary and may hold anywhere from 2 – 10 people. Ensure that the number and ages of persons traveling in your party does NOT exceed the occupancy and age limits of the room / resort you book.
  • Voucher purchase / 7-Night Resort Stay booking is for a FLAT fee, not per person.
  • Limit 2-Voucher purchase max / person.
  • There are no booking window requirements.
  • Voucher holders may check-in on any dates, subject to availability.
  • Bookings are solely processed online. NO direct-resort bookings.
  • All bookings are FINAL. Once a Resort Stay is booked it is considered “redeemed,” becoming non-refundable and non-changeable.
  • Purchase of voucher does NOT require buyers to attend sales presentations.
  • Two Vouchers may not be used consecutively (for back-to-back stays at the same resort). Reservations are only valid for 7-night consecutive stays (you may not break up the stay and spend 3 nights at one resort and 4 nights at another).
  • All Resort Stay accommodations are subject to availability. Resort availability cannot be guaranteed at any given time of the year due to booking demands and seasonal influences.
  • Security deposit may be required at check-in. Rate is usually $100 and is refunded at check-out, providing no damage was done to the property by the registered guests.
  • Airfare, meals, excursions and transfers not included.
  • Resort tips / gratuities not included.
  • There are no “all-inclusive” packages available with this offer.
  • No pets allowed.
  • $300 Resort Credit valid on travel through Dec 31, 2012 AND for travel from April 6, 3013 through Oct 31, 2013. Guest must request Resort Credit at check-in. Credit only redeemable toward food, beverages, spa treatments and golf green fees. Offer applies per stay, not per person. Offer valid once per calender year.

This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or booking a reservation through us on this Website, or through our customer service agents.

By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. To the extent you book any travel products or services on this Website or through our call center agents, you agree that this Agreement shall apply to all such transactions. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.

The user of the information agrees that the information is subject to change without notice. Resort Stay Vouchers™ assumes no responsibility for the consequences of use of such information, nor for any infringement of third party intellectual property rights which may result from its use.
