Q?How do I Redeem my Voucher?
A.

After the purchase of your Voucher, you will receive an electronic Voucher that includes your Redemption Code (Voucher Number) via email from the daily deal website. You may redeem your voucher by visiting http://travel.resortstayvouchers.com/. At the top of the page (where it says “Ready To Get Started?”) input your Voucher Number into the blank field, then click on the green “Get Started” icon. There are NO direct-resort bookings. All reservations are processed online ONLY through RSV booking engine. Make sure to always keep a record of your Voucher Number. Booking is a simple 3-step process. Just visit the online Resort Catalog http://travel.resortstayvouchers.com/ and enter your Voucher Number. Then; 1) Choose your geographic destination 2) Select your month of travel 3) Find a resort by clicking the green “Search Resorts” icon. When you see a resort you like and are ready to book, all you need to do is click on “book” and enter your Voucher Number when prompted. You will not receive an email confirmation after booking. To check the status of your reservation, wait 48 hours then visit http://travel.resortstayvouchers.com. At the bottom of the page (where it says “Have You Already Booked?”) enter your Voucher Number and click on the orange “Check Status” icon. Q?Where do I find the available resorts participating in this promotion?
A.

The resorts shown on our “View Resorts” link are a sample of the many resorts available to book through this offer. In addition to the resorts throughout the promotion, you may use your Resort Stay Voucher to book at THOUSANDS of resorts all over the world! Inventory is provided on an “As Available” basis and we will continually add new Resort Weeks as they become available to book.

Q?Can I book directly with the resort?
A.

No. In order to use your 7-Night Mayan Resort Stay Voucher and take advantage of these very special rates, all bookings must be completed via our online booking engine.

Q?When does my Voucher expire?
A.

This is a very special offer and the expiration date will vary based upon when it was purchased. Please refer to the terms and conditions you received on your voucher from the Daily Deal site.

Q?How old do I have to be to travel using this Voucher?
A.

The registered Voucher holder (guest checking in) must be 25 years old, possess a valid ID and present a major credit card at check-in.

Q?If I buy the Voucher now, how late can I travel?
A.

You have 1 year from date of purchase to “redeem” (book) your travel using your Resort Stay Voucher. Make sure you check the terms of your personal Voucher, because expiration and “book by” dates vary by Daily Deal websites.

Q?If I see a resort that I like now, will it be available in the future when I want to book my travel?
A.

Unfortunately, due to the promotional nature of this offer and the nature of the booking process, there is no way for Resort Stays Marketing to guarantee availability at any of the accommodations at any given time. Keep in mind that inventory will fluctuate naturally as rooms are booked and additional rooms are made available. The best way to ensure you procure your preferred resort destination (with your first dates of choice) is to book as soon as possible. Keep in mind that all reservations are FINAL. Once you “book,” your Resort Stay Voucher is considered “redeemed”, and therefore non-changeable and non-refundable. So please, book carefully!

Q?Are there extra fees at resorts in certain areas?
A.

At some resorts, there may be daily local taxes and / or city ordinance taxes that the resort has no control over. These are usually nominal though, being approximately $5.00 – $7.00 per night. Also, each resort will usually take a security deposit upon check-in, which is a standard resort and hotel industry policy. Security deposits vary by location, however they generally average $100 per resort week. As a rule of thumb (and as at any hotel or resort), as long there is no damage done to the property while you’re a registered guest, you will be refunded your security deposit at check-out. Please check the resort profiles for more details.

Q?Can I split up my 8-Day / 7-Night Resort Stay Voucher and spend 4 nights at one resort and 3 nights at another resort?
A.

Your Resort Stay Voucher may only be booked for seven nights consecutively. If you need to check out early, there will be no penalty for doing so, but you may not break up the seven nights between different resorts.

Q?If I want to travel with my spouse and two children, do I have to pay $499 for each person?
A.

No. This 8-Day / 7-Night Resort Stay Voucher is for a FLAT fee, not per person fee. You will only be charged the flat Voucher price of $499, as long as you ensure that the number and ages of people in your party does not exceed the room occupancy restrictions.

Q?Are any of your resorts all-inclusive? If so, can we pay an upgrade fee to get an All-Inclusive package?
A.

Presently, there are no all-inclusive options available through this special promotion.

Q?Are meals and airfare included in this price?
A.

Your Voucher booking includes the cost for the reservation of the room only. Supplemental airfare, meals, excursions, transfers and car rental fees are not included.

Q?Am I required to attend a sales presentation if I buy this Voucher?
A.

No, as a Voucher buyer, you’ll get to experience the pleasure of staying in spacious resort accommodations with no obligation to attend any sales presentations, nor buy memberships of any kind. However you may be invited to attend, as any other guest would be, and many of our guests purchase exclusive vacation programs from these properties.

Q?What can we expect our room to be like?
A.

Our resorts are generally rated 3 – 5 stars and rooms are typically equipped with a King Size Bed and a pullout sofa-bed or two full sized bed. Please check the “Resort Details” for a full description of each resort’s amenities and unit features.

Q?Are pets allowed?
A.

Generally, our accommodations do not allow pets. If you require the use of a guide animal, please speak with our redemption department for assistance in advance of booking (redeeming).

Q?Are there blackout dates?
A.

There are no blackout dates, per se. We simply allow you to book whatever resort weeks that are released to us, whenever they become available.

Q?If I book a Resort Stay and change my mind about the room or dates, can I change my reservation?
A.

Once you’ve booked your Resort Stay, your Voucher is considered “redeemed.” All bookings / redemptions are FINAL, therefore non-changeable and non-refundable. So please, plan / book carefully!

Q?How many people can travel using this Voucher?
A.

Accommodations can suit anywhere from parties of 2, to parties of 10! A full list of room amenities and occupancy guidelines may be found by clicking on “View Resort Details.”
*Make sure to check the “View Resort Details” icon BEFORE confirming your payment, to ensure the ages and number of people traveling in your party does NOT exceed the occupancy and age restrictions of the room you book.

Q?Once I’ve completed my booking, how do I check my reservation status?
A.

Just give us 48 hours after you’ve completed your online booking, then visit our online booking engine CLICK HERE. Enter your Voucher Number at the bottom of the page (under “Check Your Reservation Status”) and click the orange “Check Status” icon. If you’ve waited 48 hours, entered your correct Voucher Number and can’t view your Reservation Status, simply email your Voucher Number and reservation details to [email protected] and one of our Customer Service representatives will follow up with you to provide personal assistance.
